Framework Agreement for Low-Voltage Electrical Installation Works for Metro de Madrid

Summary

Metro de Madrid is establishing a four-year framework agreement for low-voltage electrical installation works for its operational and logistics projects. The estimated framework value is €460,000 excluding VAT, and it is not divided into lots. At least two and up to six companies will be selected for the framework; specific works will subsequently be competed for through separate call-off procedures. Those call-offs will combine the framework technical score with price, weighted at 30 and 70 points respectively. Bidders must have annual turnover of at least €150,000 in their best year of the last three, have completed similar low-voltage distribution works worth at least €140,000 in total during the last three years, and be registered in a regional register as a low-voltage installation company. A works manager and a two-technician team with specified qualifications, experience and time commitments are required; the technical offer must score at least 50 points. Bids must be electronically signed and submitted by 12:00 on 13 October 2026.
