Design and construction works for the extension and renovation of Vielha Police Station

Summary

The contract covers the basic and detailed design, followed by construction, for the extension and renovation of the ABP Vielha police station in the Alt Pirineu region. The scope includes a new modular extension of approximately 535 m² linked to the existing station by a passage, renovation of about 410 m² inside the existing building, and improvements to roughly 3,000 m² of nearby outdoor areas and access routes. Works are planned in two stages so the new extension can accommodate staff while the existing station is renovated; the contract also includes project studies, BIM modelling and, if authorised when needed, design of project modifications. No lots are planned.
