Summary

The tender concerns the provision of an external auditing/controlling service for IEDT projects, operations or subsidies approved under the 2021-2027 European Funds framework. The contract covers verification of 100% of eligible costs and at least one on-site verification per project within Interreg programmes. Financing is 75% FEDER and 25% IEDT. The estimated contract value is 31,605.79 EUR. Duration is 36 months with a possible 12-month extension. The open simplified procedure (Article 159 LCSP) will be used for awarding, with multiple award criteria: a) economic criteria up to 49 points including 1.1 a maximum 2.48% of verified amounts and 1.2 a maximum 800 EUR on-site verification price; b) experience of the verifier in Interreg projects up to 40 points and c) experience in other European projects up to 11 points. There will be no division into lots. Publication and bidding details follow the Presidency’s Contracting Profile. Proposers must submit within a minimum 15-day window.
