Heat supply to the Jędrzej Śniadecki School Complex No. 1 in Ełk for the 2026/2027 heating season

The contract covers the supply of heat to the Jędrzej Śniadecki School Complex No. 1 in Ełk during the 2026/2027 heating season, using the biomass boiler house located in the school building. The contractor must provide the fuel, operate the boiler house around the clock, carry out maintenance and inspections, and ensure continuity of heat supply. The equipment comprises a 400 kW C40-DH boiler and a 505 kW COMFORT CLASSIC-RS boiler. Until 31 January 2027, heat may be supplied using only the 400 kW boiler, but qualified operation of the 505 kW boiler must be ready by that date at the latest. The seasonal supply is capped at 2,500 GJ, with a guaranteed minimum of 1,750 GJ; payment is for heat actually consumed. The offer must state a price per GJ. The bidder must demonstrate experience with a comparable service, provide suitably qualified staff, and submit the required liability insurance when the contract is signed.
