BAIC technical secretariat services for coordinating the Basque Industry Artificial Intelligence Roadmap

Summary

The tender covers a 24-month contract for BAIC technical secretariat services supporting the coordination, operational deployment, updating and monitoring of the Basque Industry Artificial Intelligence Roadmap and the associated BidaIA pathway. The estimated value is EUR 544,000 excluding VAT, with a EUR 320,000 basic tender budget excluding VAT, a possible extension of up to 12 months and a maximum budget of EUR 480,000. Payment is based on hours actually delivered and invoiced monthly. The contractor must coordinate public and private stakeholders, maintain the roadmap and its materials, support workshops and business activation, and operate monitoring, reporting and impact-evaluation systems. The award is based on multiple criteria: the service proposal up to 29 points, methodology and work plan up to 10 points, economic offer up to 31 points, professional experience up to 18 points and Basque-language skills up to 2 points. At least 25 points must be achieved in the qualitative criteria. Offers must be submitted electronically and may not exceed the specified hourly price ceilings.
