Framework agreement for the supply of sterile, radiation-protection and non-sterile nitrile gloves for all healthcare centres dependent on SERMAS

Summary

This is an 11-lot framework agreement for supplying sterile gloves, lead-free radiation-protection gloves and non-sterile nitrile gloves for healthcare centres dependent on the Madrid Health Service. The estimated value is €108,627,327.23 excluding VAT; the initial term is 12 months and may be extended annually up to a total of 48 months. Bidders may tender for one, several or all lots, but must cover every item within any lot they bid for. Framework-contract purchases will generally be made without a further competition. The total award score is 100 points: price up to 70 and technical quality up to 30. Ordinary orders must be delivered within 72 hours and urgent orders within 24 hours. A final guarantee of 5% of each resulting contract value is required for contracts based on the framework agreement.
