Summary

The tender concerns cleaning the educational building, premises, facilities and equipment of Institut Torredembarra. The technical proposal must explain the work plan, task allocation, quality checks and arrangements for resolving incidents and emergencies; it carries up to 45 points, while price carries up to 55 points. During performance, the contractor must use non-toxic products, recycle products or use reusable packaging, comply with wage and Social Security payment requirements, and meet the Catalan-language requirements. The incoming contractor must take over the employment contracts of two cleaners: each works 35 hours per week, with stated annual gross salaries of EUR 21,777.89 and EUR 15,244.53 respectively.
