Comprehensive management service for ICO services and projects

Summary

The tender concerns a comprehensive service for managing ICO information-technology services and projects, including service and project management, incident and change management, continuous improvement, quality management, product management, documentation and service-level reporting. It is a single-lot contract with an estimated value of EUR 6,108,273.35 excluding VAT for up to five years, including four annual extensions. The initial term is one year, with the expected start date of 8 January 2027.
