It may not exceed 15 A4 pages. The successful bidder must provide a guarantee equal to 5% of the budget and maintain public liability insurance of at least €150,000 per individual victim and €1,200,000 per claim and per year. During performance, the contractor must use toxin-free products, recycle products and use reusable packaging, meet wage and social security obligations, and take over the existing cleaning staff under the terms stated in the tender documents.
