Regular cleaning at various locations of Hochschule Koblenz

Summary

The contract covers regular cleaning services at three Hochschule Koblenz locations: the Koblenz campus (RMC), Remagen campus (RAC), and Höhr-Grenzhausen campus (WWC/IKKG). Bidders may tender for one or more lots. The work includes regular cleaning of teaching and seminar rooms, offices, libraries, laboratories, workshops, corridors, toilets, kitchenette areas, lifts and specified outdoor areas. Exact frequencies are set out in the room schedules and costing sheets; disinfection is required for sanitary and other surfaces where specified. Lot 1 also includes a service attendant and a foreperson. Each lot has a 60-month term, from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2032. Offers are assessed on price, worth up to 55 points, and the number of productive cleaning hours offered, worth up to 45 points.
