Summary

The procurement covers the time-limited use of Automai Synthetic Performance Monitoring software, its implementation and related maintenance and IT services. The solution will replace the existing ServiceTracer software and must use software robots to simulate user activity, monitor data-centre application availability and performance, detect faults proactively, and support reporting and alert delivery. The software must run entirely within the buyer’s own infrastructure as an on-premises solution; cloud connectivity and transfer of data to the manufacturer’s external servers are not permitted. The required quantities are 1 Automai Director platform, 20 robots, 3 Scenario Builders and 1 test package. The contract period is 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2030, with an optional 12-month extension. The bidder must provide 2 references for completed implementations of Automai or equivalent software. Team contacts and staff must have spoken and written German at C1 level, and all documentation, training materials and project communications must be in German. Support must be available in German by email, telephone and a web-based ticketing system. The technical minimum requirements are mandatory compliance requirements; failure to meet any of them results in rejection of the offer. Bidders must use the prescribed forms and submit a price sheet, a training concept, and the required declarations and evidence. Price accounts for 70% of the award criteria and quality for 30%; quality is assessed on response time, project experience and the training concept. The submission deadline is 5 October 2026 at 10:00.
