Operation of the Munich district administration canteen and conference catering

Summary

The City of Munich is seeking a service concession to operate the canteen at the main premises of its District Administration Department and provide conference catering. The service covers lunch, breakfast and snacks, as well as food and drinks for conferences. The current canteen serves an average of about 350 meals from Monday to Thursday and 180 on Fridays; in 2025, the site hosted 918 in-person training events with approximately 6,200 participants.
