Preparation of an Organic Market Report for Lower Saxony

Summary

The State of Lower Saxony, through its Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection, is commissioning a market report on organic products in Lower Saxony. The report will examine supply for potatoes, milk, field vegetables, pigs, poultry for fattening, eggs, apples and arable crops; demand and sales; regional product flows, gaps and surpluses; regionality; and the organic out-of-home catering market. It will also develop SWOT analyses and recommendations, with knowledge-transfer events and completion of all services in 2027. No lots are planned; the available budget is up to EUR 200,000 excluding VAT.
