Organic Market Information Meetings and Events

Summary

The State of Lower Saxony, acting through its Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection, is procuring the design, organisation and delivery of six in-person organic market information meetings focused on selected product areas. The service also covers event promotion, invitations and participant management, documentation and follow-up materials, and evaluation of the meetings. The events are intended to support exchange and networking among participants in organic agriculture and the food sector, with particular attention to regional value chains. The total available budget is €180,000 excluding VAT; the procurement is not divided into lots.
