Pile foundation works

Summary

Wassersport-Verein “Elbe” e.V. is procuring pile foundation works for a new boathouse at its Kaltehofe site in Hamburg. The work includes 120 cast-in-place displacement piles, generally 8–12 m long, together with drilling and unexploded-ordnance surveys, pile trimming and setting-out, load-capacity verification, five cone penetration tests to 25 m, and integrity testing. The single lot also includes associated site setup and specified optional items, such as test loading and temporary steel plates.
