Deep foundation and shoring works for the Social Paediatric Centre

Summary

The procurement covers specialist deep foundation and shoring works for the expansion of the Social Paediatric Centre in Dresden. The works include site setup, approximately 450 m³ of excavated soil to be stored on site, approximately 150 m³ to be removed, underpinning of Building 35 using high-pressure grouting, a test column, disposal of approximately 10 m³ of surplus material, and about 35 m of soldier-pile shoring with sections longer than 8.50 m. The scheduled works run from 18 January to 28 April 2027; the contract is not divided into lots.
