Reshaping the Gorbitzbach between Altwölfnitz and Kesselsdorfer Straße

Summary

The City of Dresden is procuring works to reshape the Gorbitzbach stream between Altwölfnitz and Kesselsdorfer Straße. The works include site setup and water management, clearance and demolition, earthworks and stream profiling, natural watercourse protection, landscaping, paths, fencing, planting, and maintenance over three growing seasons. The project includes, among other quantities, 3,200 m² of site clearance, 600 m³ of excavation, 860 m² of clay sealing, and 50 trees and shrubs; construction is scheduled from 11 January to 30 September 2027. The contract is not divided into lots.
