Maintenance of technical systems at the Lower Saxony studio

Summary

ZDF is procuring maintenance services for technical systems at its Lower Saxony studio in Hanover from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The work includes inspection, maintenance and repair of equipment, including climate-control and ventilation systems, refrigeration, heating and sanitary systems, high-voltage equipment, doors and gates, and associated technical systems. The contractor must carry out weekly inspection rounds, provide 24-hour on-call cover and begin addressing faults within four hours, perform required inspections and tests, and arrange disposal of waste generated during the work. Maintenance and other work covered by the annual lump sum are paid at the annual rate; major repairs and spare parts costing more than EUR 300 net are commissioned separately on the basis of a written quotation. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. The offer was due electronically by 11:00 on 28 October 2026. The bidder must submit a declaration of suitability, the required evidence of technical qualifications and at least three references for comparable facilities delivered within the previous three years. After contract award, the contractor must also comply with the insurance, wage, collective-agreement, confidentiality and sanctions-related obligations.
