Renewal of manufacturer support for Synergy servers

Summary

The procurement is for the renewal of Hewlett Packard Enterprise manufacturer support for Synergy servers, covering periods from July 2026 through 31 December 2029. Depending on the period, the support covers four or 15 SY 480 Gen10 systems and a Synergy Frame 12000 with the specified connectivity modules. The bid must state a separate net price for each of five periods: 10 August–31 October 2026 for four systems; 1 July–31 October 2026 for the frame; 1 November 2026–31 October 2027 for 15 systems and the frame (16Gb FC modules through 30 June 2027); 1 November 2027–31 October 2028; and 1 November 2028–31 December 2029 for 15 systems and the frame.
