Framework agreement for street lighting – Sprendlingen-Gensingen municipal association

Summary

The tender concerns support for operating, maintaining, modifying, renewing and extending the street-lighting systems of ten local municipalities in the Sprendlingen-Gensingen municipal association. The work covers the lighting systems in Aspisheim, Badenheim, Gensingen, Grolsheim, Horrweiler, St. Johann, Sprendlingen, Welgesheim, Wolfsheim and Zotzenheim, comprising 2,531 luminaires in total. Services are to be provided from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. Bids are due by 10:00 on 4 November 2026 and must be submitted in German. Suitability criteria are set out in section B of the service description in the tender documents. The performance security is 5% of the contract value including VAT and excluding variations, if the contract value is at least EUR 250,000 excluding VAT. The security for claims arising from defects is 3% of the interim payments made by the time of acceptance.
