CCTV inspection of rainwater and wastewater pipes
Summary
The contract concerns CCTV inspection and coordinate-accurate surveying of rainwater and wastewater pipes at the University of Potsdam Botanical Garden. The work includes optical inspection of the networks around Institute Building 2a, the Palm House, the Head Gardener’s House and the Begonia House; preliminary cleaning or flushing where needed; and surveying the location of all manholes, connection and terminal points, and pipe routes. The contractor must record manhole depths, pipe dimensions and materials, and the condition of each pipe section; update or prepare digital as-built plans; and deliver a condition report with damage classification under DIN EN 13508-2 or an equivalent standard, all inspection videos, and data in DWG or DWF, GIS-compatible and PDF formats. A suitable high-resolution camera must be used for pipes from approximately DN 70 and for branched sections. The offer must account for restricted access by heavy vehicles, protect historic buildings and planting, and maintain greenhouse operations and visitor access. Offers must be submitted in German electronically through the Brandenburg procurement marketplace by 23 October 2026 at 12:00. Alternative offers are not permitted.
