Framework agreement for removal of oak processionary moth nests

Summary

The tender is for a framework agreement to remove oak processionary moth nests and carry out inspections in two lots. Lot 1 covers public areas such as roads, parks, cemeteries, sports facilities and other municipal properties. Lot 2 covers schools, kindergartens and other facilities for children and young people. These quantities are for bid evaluation only and do not guarantee orders. Bidders must provide unit prices for both lots. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous bid. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 10:00 on 3 November 2026. Bidders must demonstrate the required professional qualifications, comparable experience from the last three years, availability of the workforce needed for the work, and liability insurance cover of EUR 2–3 million. The bid must also include 2–3 relevant references and a declaration confirming proper disposal of collected nest material. The required suitability, exclusion-grounds and Brandenburg statutory minimum-wage declarations must be included.
