Post-construction cleaning for the conversion of the former cultural centre in Bischofswerda

Summary

The procurement covers post-construction cleaning as part of the conversion of the former cultural house into the Municipal and Cultural Centre in Bischofswerda. The work includes, among other tasks, cleaning and clearing approximately 7,800 m² of indoor areas, cleaning around 450 m² of outdoor areas, removing construction waste, carrying out rough and final cleaning, and cleaning stairwells, floors, tiled walls, windows and 280 internal and external doors. The planned performance period is 17 February 2027 to 6 September 2027. Bids must cover the complete contract; alternative bids are not permitted, and price is the only award criterion.
