Maintenance of compensation areas for the S 289 Reichenbach bypass, 2027–2031

Summary

The contract covers five years of maintenance of the compensation areas for the S 289 Reichenbach bypass, from 4 January 2027 to 30 November 2031. The work includes mowing and clearing 122,515 m² of extensive grassland; mulching 62,462 m²; removing woody growth from 50 m²; digging out Japanese knotweed on 250 m²; clearance-profile pruning along 230 m; cleaning 30 m of a pond inlet; removing aquatic weeds from 180 m²; removing 17 tree anchors and tree-protection devices; and inspecting and repairing 23 boundary markers. The work site is Reichenbach, postal code 08468. Bids must be submitted electronically for the entire contract. The procurement is not divided into lots, and alternative bids are not permitted. The bid submission deadline is 29 October 2026 at 09:30, and bids must remain valid until 28 November 2026. The bid must include a suitability self-declaration and a priced schedule of works, together with subcontractor and joint-bidder information where applicable. If requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer must provide at least three references for comparable maintenance work completed within the last five years, as well as information on its equipment and turnover from comparable services during the last three completed financial years.
