Replacement furniture procurement for the Grimma and Wurzen vocational training centres in four lots

Furniture is being procured for teaching, classroom, and administrative spaces at the vocational training centres in Grimma and Wurzen. The procurement is divided into four lots: furniture for specialist care-training rooms; a careers guidance office and a care-training preparation room; replacement furniture for classrooms and a specialist woodworking room; and furniture for administrative rooms. Bids may cover one or more lots, but variants are not permitted. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026 at 10:00. Delivery is scheduled for 1 December 2026 to 19 February 2027 and is permitted only during school holidays, no later than the winter holiday in 2027. Bidders must provide at least three references for comparable work, turnover details for the last three years, the required bid and suitability documents, product data sheets, and a GS quality mark or equivalent evidence.
