Acquisition of Individual Ballistic Protection Helmets

Summary

This tender concerns the acquisition of 15 complete ballistic helmets for the Centre of Special Operations Troops (CTOE). Each set includes a high-cut ballistic helmet, an NBQ mask extensor and a rear counterweight kit, with modular accessories such as NVG mounts, ARC rails, and MultiCam camouflage. All helmets must be new and comply with current standards (NIJ 0106.01/0108.01 and associated tests). Deliveries to CTOE in Santa Cruz, Lamego. Bids must be submitted electronically via the ACIN PECP platform, by 04 October 2026 at 23:59. The base price is 24,195 EUR excluding VAT. The contract duration for delivery is 30 days.
