The procurement covers the continuous supply of electricity to APPACDM do Porto’s 11 delivery points in Porto. Estimated annual consumption totals 243,204 kWh; these quantities are forecasts and are not guaranteed. The contract runs for 12 months and may be automatically renewed twice for the same period, up to a maximum of 36 months. The contract ceiling is EUR 201,465.39 excluding VAT. Bidders must submit a total price and the unit prices requested in the tender documents for the relevant tariffs and voltage levels; price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted through the ACIN platform by 4 October 2026 at 17:00 and remain valid for 66 days. Variant bids are not permitted, and no tender guarantee is required.
