Refurbishment and adaptation of CNAR and AIMA department premises in Lisbon
Summary
The tender concerns the refurbishment and adaptation of new premises for the National Centre for Asylum and Refugees (CNAR) and several departments of AIMA in the building at Rua Nova da Trindade 14, Lisbon. The work includes relocating or installing partitions and doors, finishing walls and ceilings, and restoring timber floors. It also covers fitting out toilet and kitchen areas, plumbing and drainage, adapting electrical and data networks, lighting and air-conditioning work, and extending the fire alarm system. The contractor must also manage the site and logistics and clean the premises at the end of the works. The works must be completed within 60 days from handover, and the tender price must not exceed EUR 250,000 excluding VAT. The contract is not divided into lots, and bids are evaluated solely on total price; the lowest-priced bid wins. Bids must be submitted through the ACIN electronic platform by 4 October 2026 at 10:28. Variant bids are not allowed, and bids must remain valid for 10 days after the submission deadline. Bidders must hold a suitable public-works contractor licence or certificate issued by IMPIC and provide the required price breakdown and declarations. No tender guarantee is required.
