Framework agreement for electrical and lightning protection works using percentage mark-up and discount bids

Summary

The City of Göttingen is procuring a framework agreement for building maintenance work on low- and medium-voltage electrical systems rated up to 36 kV and lightning protection systems at municipal properties. The work is divided into three lots: electrical work at schools; electrical work at daycare centres and other municipal properties; and lightning protection at schools, daycare centres and other sites. The agreement starts on 1 January 2027, may be extended annually and can run for up to three years; larger orders worth at least €15,000 net are excluded and will be procured separately.
