Oil spill removal in the Freiburg and Offenburg area, 2027–2028

Summary

The tender covers the removal of oil contamination from roads in the Freiburg and Offenburg area and the handling of oil-water mixtures in 2027–2028. Autobahn GmbH intends to award a framework agreement to one contractor, with work ordered through separate call-offs. Each of the two lots provides for up to 30 cleaning operations and the handling of up to 80,000 litres of oil-water mixture; these are also the maximum quantities. A tenderer may be awarded no more than one lot. Price is the sole award criterion, and alternative bids are not permitted. With the bid, tenderers must provide certificates showing that they are certified as a waste management specialist and as a specialist road-surface cleaning company, together with a valid cleaning-machine certificate or equivalent test evidence and proof of the machine’s suitability and performance. The bid must be submitted in German electronically through the procurement platform by 22 October 2026 at 09:00. Work must start no later than 1 January 2027 and be completed by 31 December 2028. Invoices are payable within 30 days.
