Green space maintenance in the city of Bernburg 2027

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance of green spaces in the city of Bernburg (Saale) during 2027, from 1 January to 31 December. The work includes cleaning planted areas and removing unwanted growth, trimming greenery and hedges, collecting leaves, mowing lawns and meadows, pruning roses, and maintaining gravel paths and the slopes of a stormwater retention basin. For example, 34,636.5 m² of lawn is to be mown four times and 15,057 m² of meadow twice; planted areas of 4,222 m² and 3,850 m² are to be cleaned four and two times respectively. The procurement is not divided into lots, and variant bids are not allowed. Bids must be submitted electronically by 27 October 2026 at 14:00. Price is the only award criterion. Bidders must account for the suitability documents required under Form 124 and, where applicable, references demonstrating satisfactory performance. GAEB bills of quantities are accepted only in .d84 or .x84 format.
