Printing and copying solutions for the City of Greven’s administration and schools

Summary

The City of Greven is procuring 156 multifunction printers for its administration and schools under a 60-month contract: 33 A3 colour, 9 A3 monochrome, 41 A4 monochrome and 73 A4 colour devices. The scope includes delivery, pre-configuration, installation, software, maintenance and repairs, and the supply of consumables other than paper and staples. Indicative annual volumes are 4.1 million monochrome pages and 900,000 colour pages; these are estimates, not minimum purchase commitments. Optional software is also requested for separating scan jobs and for OCR output in Word format.
