Maintenance, development and other services for Kofax components

Summary

The Federal Office of Justice is procuring maintenance, development and other services for its Kofax components, which support document scanning and processing. From 1 January 2027, annual fixed-price services will cover the Kofax software, the interface to the electronic commercial and cooperative register (EHUG), and customised Kofax Capture modules. A framework agreement will cover development and further development for existing and new applications, configuration, consultancy, workshops and operational support, including remote or on-site assistance.
