Research and evaluation programme for the Career Credit scheme

Summary

The Flemish Government, through the Department of Work, Economy, Science, Innovation and Social Economy, is procuring a research and evaluation programme for the Career Credit scheme, a new subsidised career guidance scheme planned to start in 2027. The 23-month programme, scheduled to run from February 2027 to December 2028, covers an evaluability and inception study, a process evaluation, an assessment of the scheme’s effectiveness, development and testing of a framework for future policy monitoring and evaluation, and knowledge-sharing, dissemination and validation activities.
