Operation, maintenance and repair of heat-generating equipment

Summary

Semmelweis University is procuring operation, maintenance and repair services for its heat-generating and heat-distribution systems, including boilers, heating centres and consumer gas networks, across three lots in its Budapest properties. Lots 1 and 2 include operation and maintenance of 81 boilers with a total capacity of 34,591.2 kW and 45 boilers with a total capacity of 6,318.8 kW, respectively; Lot 3 covers maintenance and repair of 69 boilers with a total capacity of 18,859.5 kW. Each contract is planned for up to 36 months, with a possible one-time extension of up to six months.
