Operation of the Bábolna electrical network, 2027–2030
Summary
The procurement covers the operation and standby service of the electrical supply system managed by Bábolna, including scheduled maintenance, fault response and repairs during 2027–2030. The work includes the 22 kV network and substations, as well as the 0.4 kV network, including overhead and cable lines, switchboards, and area and street lighting. Certain internal low-voltage equipment at businesses and production sites is excluded. The contractor must provide round-the-clock standby service on weekdays, rest days and public holidays. The minimum standby team consists of one standby lead and two installers for 20 kV and 0.4 kV networks. The bidder must demonstrate the required experience operating a medium-voltage network for at least 24 months, provide specialists with electrical engineering and substation-operator qualifications, and have the specified vehicles and equipment. Evaluation takes account of prices, the time to begin fault response, and the specialist’s experience operating a medium-voltage network. The tender must be submitted in Hungarian by 2 November 2026 at 12:00. No tender guarantee is required. Contract obligations include a one-year warranty on completed work and the required professional liability insurance.
