Operation of the water supply and sewerage infrastructure owned by Kostelec nad Černými lesy

Summary

The tender is for the safe and uninterrupted operation of the water supply and sewerage infrastructure owned by the town of Kostelec nad Černými lesy under a concession contract from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2037. The estimated total value is CZK 215,630,000. The service will be funded by payments from end users for water supply and sewerage services. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 2 November 2026 and include a tender guarantee of CZK 2,500,000. The bid price accounts for 96% of the evaluation: the unit price for water and sewerage charges in the first operating year carries 95% of that share, and the variable component carries 5%. The remaining 4% evaluates the proposed preventive inspection of water-network leaks and cleaning of the sewer network; for each, the offered reference rate may be 5–7%.
