Software support for ArcGIS products for the Ministry of Energy

Summary

The procurement covers software support for ArcGIS products used by Bulgaria’s Ministry of Energy: one ArcGIS Enterprise Advanced licence (up to 4 cores), three ArcGIS Enterprise Professional user-type licences including ArcGIS Pro, four ArcGIS Enterprise Professional Plus user-type licences including ArcGIS Pro, and one licence each for Spatial Analyst, 3D Analyst and Geostatistical Analyst. Support includes updates, patches, technical assistance and user training. Services are provided remotely, with on-site visits at the Ministry in Sofia if needed; support is to run until 26 October 2027.
