Comprehensive assessment of organisational maturity and security incident handling capabilities

Summary

The Prime Minister’s Chancellery is procuring one comprehensive service to assess its Security Operations Center’s ability and organisational maturity in detecting, analysing and handling security events and incidents. The work includes threat and telemetry assessment, operational-process review, recommendations and a roadmap, development of a standard and around 10–15 optimised playbooks, AI-supported workflows, machine-learning algorithms, and a locally hosted AI server integrated with the existing SecureVisio platform. The supplier must also provide the physical server, with a 32-core CPU, 128 GB RAM, one NVIDIA Blackwell 6000 GPU, 2 TB NVMe SSD and 10GbE networking; the final deliverables are due by 10 December 2026. The contract is not divided into lots.
