The tender is for the supply of medical devices, hospital consumables and laboratory reagents to Hristo Botev Hospital in Vratsa for 12 months. Bids may be submitted for 15 lots, covering circular and haemorrhoidal staplers, laparoscopic instruments, haemodialysis solutions, surgical consumables, dialysers and fistula needles, catheters and cannulas, analyser reagents and other listed medical supplies. Each bid must cover the entire lot and include a unit price for every item in it; price is the only award criterion. Bids must not be submitted for the other 21 lots. Bidders must hold the required authorisation to trade in medical devices and meet the turnover threshold for lots 1, 2, 5, 9, 13, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 30, 32 and 35. Bids must be submitted electronically by 26 October 2026. The performance guarantee is 2% of the contract value excluding VAT.
