Hardware supply for storage expansion and web application protection

Summary

Hardware is being procured in two lots for a financial supervision authority. Lot 1 covers the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of 12 new 2.5-inch SAS SSD drives with a capacity of at least 3.84 TB, compatible with the specified Fujitsu drive enclosure and FUJITSU ETERNUS D900 S5 storage array. Delivery is due within 190 days of contract signature, with installation and commissioning within 30 days after the day following delivery. Warranty support must run from commissioning until 30 January 2029. Lot 2 covers the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of two hardware devices for protecting web applications. Delivery is due within 110 days of contract signature, with installation and commissioning within 45 days after the day following delivery; warranty support must last at least 36 months from commissioning. The estimated values are EUR 93,000 for Lot 1 and EUR 151,000 for Lot 2. Bids may be submitted for both lots, and in each lot the tender with the lowest total price excluding VAT will be selected. No qualification criteria are set for professional suitability, financial standing or technical and professional ability, but bids must comply with the technical specification. No bid guarantee is required. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract value excluding VAT and secure any advance payment in full.
