Major Construction and Works Qualification System
Summary
An Post is establishing a qualification system for major construction and building works across its property portfolio in Ireland. Projects may include substantial refurbishment, extensions to occupied premises, fit-outs of newly acquired premises and new builds; individual projects are primarily expected to be valued at €251,000 to €5 million excluding VAT, although projects outside this range may also be covered. The system is planned to run for 10 years from 2027 and is presented as a single lot.
