Create (C.A.F.E. Company Limited by Guarantee) is establishing a multi-party framework agreement, with a maximum overall value of €18,480, for training and skills development services for the festival sector, particularly in Northern Ireland and Ireland’s border counties. The five lots cover funding and financial sustainability; networking, sector support and resource sharing; audience development; volunteer recruitment and retention; and cross-border collaboration. Work may be prepared remotely, with in-person activities held at locations across the target areas.
