International travel management services

Summary

The National Media and Communications Authority of Hungary is procuring international travel management services under a single-lot framework agreement with a net ceiling of HUF 150,000,000; at least 70% of the ceiling is subject to call-off. The services cover inbound and outbound travel arrangements, including air tickets and related bookings, accommodation, car rental, travel insurance, rail and ferry tickets, visa assistance, transfers and online check-in, supported by an internet-based booking system.
