Beach Maritime Marking Removal Service

Summary

The contract covers the removal of seasonal maritime marking from the beaches of Vandellòs i l’Hospitalet de l’Infant: Punta del Riu, Arenal, Torn and Almadrava, as well as the Cova del Llop Marí area. The work includes removing the coastal buoys, three navigation channels, a mooring field with 12 buoys, and all associated anchoring, chains, connections and markers, including submerged components. The contractor must dismantle, clean and sort the equipment, prepare an inventory, load and transport it, place it in the designated storage facility and complete a handover record. No components that could endanger navigation, swimming or other authorised uses may remain after completion. Work is to start after the lifeguard service ends or at a time specified by the contracting authority, and the equipment must generally be removed by 30 November 2026. The tender documents specify a one-month performance period. The estimated value is EUR 8,984.27 excluding VAT, with a ceiling of EUR 10,870.97 including 21% VAT. Price is the sole award criterion (100 points), and bids must be submitted electronically. No turnover or previous-experience evidence is required, but the bidder must provide a suitably qualified maritime-work team, professionally certified divers, a suitable vessel with a crane of adequate capacity, and valid maritime and work permits. The bid must include the required declarations, a commitment to provide the necessary resources, proof of tax and social security payments, and the price offer.
