Supply of footwear for incarcerated people, 2026–2029

Summary

Hungary’s National Prison Service is procuring footwear for incarcerated people under a single-lot framework agreement lasting up to 36 months or until its ceiling is reached. The net framework ceiling is HUF 450,000,000 plus VAT, of which the buyer undertakes to draw down 70%. Planned quantities are 24,694 pairs of winter boots, 16,854 pairs of shoes and 15 pairs of metal-free boots, delivered to designated prison facilities.
