Leasing of high-visibility clothing with laundry service

Summary

The procurement covers the leasing of high-visibility clothing with laundry and maintenance services in two lots: for the public works depot of the Samtgemeinde Zeven and for the public works depot of the Municipality of Heeslingen. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. Clothing for both lots must comply with EN ISO 20471, Class 2, and be suitable for industrial laundering. Each employee must receive three sets; garments must be fitted to size and marked with the employee’s name, and jackets must bear the relevant municipality’s emblem. The contractor must collect used clothing and deliver clean clothing weekly, and provide washing, care and maintenance, replacing worn, damaged or non-compliant items. The estimated requirement for Lot 1 is 39 trousers with knee-pad pockets, 30 bib trousers with knee-pad pockets, 46 jackets and 23 hard-shell jackets. Lot 2 requires an estimated 15 trousers with knee-pad pockets, 10 jackets and 5 hard-shell jackets. Quantities may change during the contract. Bidders may tender for one or both lots; alternative bids are not allowed. Prices are calculated per garment per week, and invoices are submitted monthly. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 19 October 2026. The lowest price is the award criterion.
