Workwear for EMSALCOI's Various Activities

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of workwear, protective clothing, safety footwear and other listed garments, including items bearing printed logos, for EMSALCOI’s various activities and workplaces. Orders will be placed as needs arise during the contract. The contract runs for 3 years and may be extended by one year. The estimated total value for the three-year term is EUR 90,554.25 excluding VAT; bids above the budget will be rejected. Bidders must submit a priced product list and apply the same discount percentage to every item. Each proposed product must have a technical data sheet, and five correctly branded physical samples are required: a long-sleeved women’s work coat, a short-sleeved cotton T-shirt, a lightweight short-sleeved tunic, a short-sleeved reflective T-shirt and a sports T-shirt. Reflective garments must bear CE marking and meet UNE-EN ISO 20471 and UNE-EN ISO 13688; safety footwear must bear CE marking and meet UNE-EN ISO 20345. Quality assessment covers finishes, comfort and ergonomics, as well as design and corporate identity. A minimum of 12.5 out of 25 quality points is required for the financial offer to be assessed. The bid submission period is 15 calendar days, as stated in the contract notice. Supply must be ready to start within one month of signing. Orders bearing logos must be delivered within 15 working days, and orders without logos within 10 working days. Items to be returned or exchanged must be collected within 3 working days. The successful bidder must provide a definitive guarantee of 5%, amounting to EUR 4,527.71. Performance must respect the specified international labour and human-rights conventions throughout the supply chain.
