Supply of specialist safety boots for helicopter ground-support personnel

Summary

The contract covers three types of safety boots for ground-support staff working in the Spanish Army’s helicopter firefighting and fuel units: intervention firefighter boots (63 pairs, Lot I), fire-station boots (113 pairs, Lot II), and fuel-handling boots (143 pairs, Lot III). The boots must meet the protective and performance requirements in the technical specification. Equivalent products are permitted if supported by a technical or catalogue datasheet. Each lot must be delivered as one complete order by 30 November 2026 to Coronel Maté Base in Colmenar Viejo, Spain; partial deliveries are not accepted. The total budget is EUR 69,510 including taxes. The lot ceilings, including taxes, are EUR 15,750, EUR 23,730 and EUR 30,030 respectively. Bids must state the unit price for each line and the total price for each lot, including VAT, and describe the technical and functional features of the products offered. Price carries 85% of the available points; each of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification, or an equivalent, carries 5%. Tenderers must be registered in the relevant official tenderer register, or provide evidence of a registration application submitted before the deadline. Separate evidence of economic and technical capacity is not required. The supplier must also meet the cataloguing, labelling and quality-control requirements and provide a 36-month warranty, or a longer period offered in its bid.
