Supply of work clothing for staff of the Córdoba Provincial Directorate of the State Public Employment Service

Summary

The contract covers the supply of work clothing in 2027–2028 for up to seven employees in the office attendant/driver category at the Córdoba Provincial Directorate of the State Public Employment Service. The first year requires a complete set: summer and winter uniforms, a belt, ties or bow ties, shoes, socks or stockings, long- and short-sleeved shirts or polo shirts, and a parka. The second-year set is reduced and includes seasonal trousers or skirts and the other listed clothing items. Clothing must be supplied in the first quarter of each year; a set for a newly appointed employee must be delivered within 30 days of the request being communicated. The supplier must either let employees collect the clothing from a shop in Córdoba city or deliver it to the agency’s building at no extra charge. The contract runs from 1 January 2027, or another start date specified on formalisation, through 31 December 2028, with an option to extend for up to two more years. The estimated value is EUR 17,652 excluding VAT; the base amount is EUR 8,826 excluding VAT, or EUR 10,679.46 including VAT. Offers are assessed solely on price, calculated as the combined price of the complete first-year set and the reduced second-year set. Bidders must submit an electronically signed tender with the required responsible declaration and registration evidence. Separate evidence of economic, financial or technical capacity is not required, but adequate capacity must be declared.
